If I commit to a program, what’s included?
Our Protocol Programs are a way for you to stay accountable, committed to yourself, and evolve your wellbeing alongside a team dedicated to support you including:
Begin with an in-depth intake questionnaire summarizing your goals, current symptoms and experiences.
Follow up with an initial consultation with bioenergetic cellular assessment so you can tell your story and be heard in an un-rushed appointment together.
Go over your personalized plan to work on over the course of your program.
2 follow ups to follow you along in your progress and adjust your plan for optimal wellbeing.
Coaching sessions with your coaching team to: set intentions and focus and get support to implement strategies that support them.
Personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan to address all components of well being.
Access to advanced assessments for an additional cost
Access to supplements delivered direct at an additional cost
Lifestyle, food and mood journals to help you become self empowered as well as staying connected to your team.
All in one dashboard to access your education, your plan, your sessions and appointments and message your team.
Access to monthly meal planning subscription including meal plan, recipes, and grocery lists.

What’s Not Included in my Program Plan?
Some costs that are not included in your program are decided by you and are meant to be an additional benefit to your program. These include:

How Much Does A Program Cost?
Our most popular program to help you integrate a lifestyle of wellness activity in your daily life averages $240 per month, with no interest financing in house.
Does Insurance Cover Programs?
No, Insurance does not cover membership plans. You can always reach out to our office for options that may be better suited to your needs.
Can I add on additional clinician or coaching visits to my program?
You can add on as many additional visits as you like. Additional clinician visits are $180 each and $120 for coaching. Simply request a session from your member dashboard, or send a message through the dashboard as well.
How Do I Cancel My Plan?
Due to the digital nature of our educational materials, we do not allow refunds once digital products are delivered at sign up.
Programs are one way we at ANMC deliver vitality support to normalize wellness and wellbeing, set as an annual plan, because we know real change takes time. If you are concerned that you will not be able to utilize your program committment, you should consider the other options available to you ahead of time by reaching out to our office.

Does insurance cover my appointment?
Most of our clients can use their HSA cards successfully. In addition, our services are often services that are covered by insurance. You simply need to submit your billing to your insurance company to request reimbursement. It is up to your particular insurance plan whether it is covered or not. Invoices can be found on your dashboard portal.
If your insurance company does not offer reimbursement, the most cost effective option is to do a membership plan which provides a year’s worth of appointments at the lowest cost.
How does ANMC bill clients that are NOT members?
We have a lot of options for services, both in person and virtual. Clients are invoiced at each session. We accept cash, check, HSA and credit/debit cards.
Getting started is easy with our screening process, which allows you to set an appointment very quickly, avoiding a 6 month wait. The cost of this appointment and assessment is $180. Remember, thought not guaranteed, you can submit your invoice to your insurance company.

What are the credentials for ANMC team members?
Our clinician is a board certified natural health practitioner and a MSCN Clinical Nutritionist. Our practitioner is a Nurse Practitioner, and Our coaches are regionally accredited life and/or functional nutrition coaches.

All team members undergo continuous, ongoing, and additional training in functional principles, nutrition, bioenergetics, chronic disease management, trauma nutrition and more.
Team members, coaches, practitioners go through training at their onboarding including observing sessions, understanding flow of client sessions, reviewing nutrition analysis and bioenergetic assessments, learning therapeutic supports and leadership training.
Our coaches have studied the science of behavior change and motivational interviewing in their education programs, allowing them to provide effective support to members in making lifestyle changes to benefit their wellbeing goals.

Can ANMC be my primary care physician?
While we have a Nurse Practitioner on staff, our efforts are intended not as primary care but to round out the healthcare continuum by providing very valuable missing pieces including nutrition, lifestyle strategy, education within a long-term therapeutic relationship. We recommend our members and clients have a PCP for medical visits, acute, and emergency needs.

We are so excited to be able to offer wellness services all over the nation. Nutrition services are available to states in which we are allowed to provide services. If members live in the US but aren’t located near our in-person location in Minnesota, they can sign up for a membership and work with us completely online through video or phone. The quality of the session and delivery of content is the same.
If you live near our in person center in Minnesota, you have the option of in-person appointments and therapeutic sessions. If you don’t live nearby or prefer the convenience of virtual appointments, you can select appointments that are telehealth friendly, or our membership.
What happens if I don’t use all of my visits within the year?
Program visits do not roll over to the next year, but there is plenty of time in the 12 month period to use them.
Can another member of my family use one of my visits?
No, we require each individual to have their own program as each individual’s needs are different and requires the proper professional pathways for their own support.

Can ANMC prescribe medications?
No, we are not physicians that can prescribe medications. We support the body’s wellbeing and balance and teach education and strategies naturally to restore that balance and direct our focus to support of the root cause and beyond.
What is ANMC’s approach to supplements?
Supplements are powerful tools as well as nutrition and lifestyle change. Should we use supplements, we use those that have been tested and true. Our clinician is trained in making sure supplements are a good fit with any prescription medications you may be taking, and we encourage you to continue to keep your medical team informed to any additions.
We do not claim to treat, heal, cure, or diagnose any condition. Thus, we don’t use supplements as such either. Supplements may be a supportive tool that members can rest assured are only suggested if they are in their best interest. Supplements do not have to be purchased through ANMC, but for convenience and effective support we offer through our online dispensary Fullscript, or in-store.

At ANMC we envision that nutrition and lifestyle become an important part of primary care and we want to work to get nutrition into every home and support community organizations to help make being healthy easy.
That said, much of our focus is generalized wellness principles and support in the changes necessary to support an environment conducive to health.

Again, our goal is to provide support by filling in gaps in the healthcare continuum with our specialties and therapeutic relationships of support. We do not treat, heal, cure or diagnose and should not replace medical care, but add to it. Please continue to see your medical providers as recommended.
What are included in therapy packages?
At our on-site location in Minnesota, we pride ourselves on being able to help people experience strategies, techniques, and equipment that helps to create an environment where health is a natural outcome. Again, like all of our services, our therapies are not treatments, but supports for restoring resiliency and balance in the body.

Do I have to be a member to have an appointment?
No. We have many options for you to increase your wellbeing and support your own health. We suggest membership and/or programs because it is clinically proven that our therapeutic programs and ongoing memberships provide a better result through lifestyle engineering, education and support. It is also the option that provides a year’s worth of appointments at their lowest cost.
What appointment would you suggest if I’m just getting started?
It all begins with an initial consultation. The Initial Consultation and Screening is an initial appointment with Amanda Plevell’s team, technicians who are trained in Amanda's method. A cellular bioenergetic assessment is conducted, and along with evaluation of the required intake forms, the technician is adept at helping you identify imbalanced body systems and get you started with a program or strategy plan. What are Bioenergetic Assessments?
We can help clients to acquire traditional labs that are nutritionally supportive, and we also offer energetic assessments using EDS, SRT, MSAS technologies. You can find out more information here.
What kind of Workplace Wellness strategies do you have?
Part of our mission is to help normalize wellbeing and lifestyles that support health for each individual, our communities, and our planet. What is Neural Cognizance Training? Is it like EMDR or QNRS?
Neural Cognizance Training is a technique aligned with similar purposes as EMDR or QNRS, but they are different. NeuCogs are an important part of trauma informed nutrition, and our retraining wellness programs.
As a nutritionist clinician with a focus on trauma nutrition and with a current world culture of ever increasing anxiety, fear, and stress trauma, our clinician participates in ongoing education. We also have coaching staff that is certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol as well and HeartMath’s HRV Resilience Training.

What can I do while I wait for my appointment?
If you live near our on-site location in Minnesota, there are many options to get started. You might be interested in what we call “Session Plus” appointments. These are special appointments where you schedule your appointment as usual and receive a short 4 module course with which to get started in whatever your concerning area is.
