Did you know that you have TWO sides to the autonomic (automatic) nervous system?  Did you know our stress response nervous system should be operating only 1-3% of the time, and that in most cases of illness it's more like 95-98%?  

You know something's not right.  You have symptoms with no seeming answers.  The problem is we haven't had anybody explain to us the involvement of an evolutionary body system charged with your survival.  For such an important task, it seems it would be common to check in with it's functionality as primary protocol.

Many adults (and kids) are on screens a good majority of their day. It’s easy to get sucked in to apps, or feel stressed out when using some. Iphone and Androids both have the capability of setting timers so that you can limit your time on a particular app. If you find yourself getting stressed while using particular apps, use these iPhone and Android guides to set limits on your usage.

Breath Awareness
